We are independently owned and operated. Dawn and Steve Davis have owned SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem & Whitehall for over 28 years. Dawn, originally a trauma nurse, started this company with her husband Steve in 1991. At that time, Dawn was a new mother, a full-time nurse, and new business owner. With the help and support from her husband, the two of them were able to overcome many obstacles along the way. Since 1991, the dynamic duo has grown the company from one license to three, and they operate with about 20 employees out of a 13,000 sq ft warehouse.
Unlike many business owners, Dawn and Steve are in the office 40-50hrs each week. They are active in the day to day operations of the business and want to ensure that our customers receive the best customer service their staff has to offer. The Davises understand how important your home and business are to you! That's why our SERVPRO will take care of you in your time of disaster.
Our office also takes pride in working with other local companies to ensure that everything needed to complete the job is done. We work with local dry cleaners, industrial hygienists, dumpster and storage companies, abatement and contractors.
We will work with you and make you feel comfortable along the way. Our managers have been with our company for many years and are dedicated to getting you back into your home and business as quickly as possible.
