"I wanted to reach out and thank the SERVPRO team of Easton, Bethlehem & Whitehall for the great job they did on the Bethlehem warehouse facility. This is my opinion only and not company endorsed. I have been in the Facilities and Building Maintenance for many years. There are very few companies that could possibly compete with SERVPRO on their customer service. I called after hours and in less than 2 hours a representative of the company was there to go over what needed to be done and then 1 hour later there was a crew taking care of the issue. I was very impressed with the professionalism that the entire team displayed. We had a large portion of the building to be taken care of and they went right to work. I set up a staging area for them and when I came in the next morning prepared to get everything where it belongs it was done. I will definitely use SERVPRO again and I recommend them to anyone that asks."
