What a relief to know that the reconstruction team at SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem and Whitehall know what they are doing!!! Dealing with someone and a company that is not only knowledgeable but is patient enough to explain many options and the costs involved eliminated a lot of stress for me. Rob actually cleaned up after completing the job! WOW!!! SERVPRO is now my "go to" company for all projects!

SERVPRO assured me that everything would be repaired to my complete satisfaction. The reconstruction project manager Rob came to my house multiple times, carefully repairing each and every aspect of the damage. He proved to be highly skilled and consistently managed a positive attitude. The production manager Kyle  visited multiple times to deal with clean up, and he professionally managed the refinishing of my damaged hardwood flooring. Thank you so much for the great people you sent to my house when I had water damage in my kitchen.
